Abstract

Felipe Delgado, vecino de Arganda, fue encarcelado por colocar un pasquín en contra de los alguaciles y su doble moral. Ni siquiera la peritación caligráfica de los maestros pudo aclarar el asunto y, tras la aparición de un segundo pasquín, el tribunal tuvo que liberar al preso. ¿Por qué se le encarceló si no había pruebas en su contra? Por haber desobedecido con anterioridad las ordenanzas de un bando en el que se prohibía ir a la taberna, el baile y el juego, tanto por la noche como a la hora del culto religioso.
