In this work are studied the Riberas belonging to Medina de las Torres collection, know trough a new document from A.H.P.M. It is discussed the historic development of the collection, identifying three works (Nativity, St. Peter and Jacob) with pictures now in Monasterio de El Escorial and Museo del Prado. Another one (Venus) is connected with similar works in Madrid, in XVIIth century. One of these last works, virtually unknown, is reproduced now from an old photography made before its destruction. The study is completed with new references about three of Ribera collectors: Rodrigo de Tapia, Marquesa de Charela and Francisco Zapata.en_US
