Abstract
El consentimiento informado es la manifestación de la voluntad de las personas en el ámbito sanitario. En este trabajo se aborda la cuestión del consentimiento informado, en concreto, en la figura del menor, haciendo un análisis sobre como afecta la negativa de éste a someterse a una determinada intervención médica ejercitando su derecho de libertad religiosa, y el supuesto concreto de la interrupción del embarazo.
 
The informed consent is the manifestation of the will of the people in the health field. This project deals with the issue of informed consent, specifically in the figure of the child, making an analysis on how it affects the refusal of the child to undergo a certain medical intervention exercising their right to religious freedom, and the specific assumption of the Interruption of pregnancy.
