que guarde a su familia. Ambos fragmentos parecen haber sido diseñados siguiendo un patrón común, un hecho que permite desarrollar una nueva interpretación

| dc.description.abstract | This article establishes the comparison between two famous scenes in the Cantar de Mio Cid: the moment when the Campeador tricks the Jews Rachel and Vidas, and the moment when the Cid asks abbot Don Sancho
to keep his family safe. Both fragments seem to have been designed by following
a common pattern, a fact which allows to develop a new interpretation
of both fragments due to their inner connection. | |
