AB This paper presents a new mobile applicationdesigned for use as a self-assessment tool.Learners are able to perform computerisedtests using their mobile phones wherever andwhenever they want. The tool also includes aWeb interface. Impact on the learners’performance is measured using quantitativetools. Three experimental groups of learnerswere selected, aged 14-15, 17-18 and 20-21, inorder to measure the impact on their academicachievement.
