In this paper the author makes a comment about the only, for the moment, the Supreme Court ruling on an opposition belonging to the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The High Court will affi rm that public authorities should address the constitutional mandate of not being only guarantors, but also promotional subjects
of ideological and religious freedom ex Article 9.2, looking for a reasonable accommodation to avoid interference with the religious freedom of opponents, without compromising the performance of a legitimate aim as it is the correct development of a test selective public.
