Metodología estructural militar de la represión en la Argentina de la dictadura (1973-1983)

Abstract

Se trata de un trabajo de investigación sustentado en entrevistas a 292 ciudadanos argentinos y otros tantos españoles que vivieron la represión argentina de carácter dictatorial entre 1976 y 1983, en un caso, y que la conocieron por los medios de comunicación en España, en el otro. Asimismo se sustenta esta investigación en fuentes primarias, bibliografía especializada y entrevistas a historiadores y asesores en derechos humanos de ambos continentes. Se trata sobre los elementos que causaron el golpe de Estado de marzo de 1976 y el clima de tensión que se vivía en el país austral bajo el gobierno de Isabel Martínez de Perón. Se ve la acción de grupos paramilitares y también de la guerrilla de Montoneros. Poco después se estudia el propio golpe de Estado y la organización de la represión institucional desde la cúspide del poder, narrándose con detalle la estructura de la represión, luego viene la guerra sucia con testimonios concretos, la Operación Cóndor que implicó a todo el Cono Sur, la desaparición de personas contrarias a poderes dictatoriales y de sable. Se detallan los macabros procedimientos de desaparición y sus secuelas. Se trabaja la Escuela Francesa y su influencia en esta red de violencia de Estado y se termina el documento con el secuestro de ideas y la represión intelectual de toda la sociedad argentina.

This is a research work based on 292 interviews to Argentinian citizens who lived the Argentinian dictatorial repression between 1976 and 1983 on the spot, and to the same figure of Spaniards who knew it through the media in Spain. In the same way this research is held on primary sources, specialised bibliography and interviews to historians and human rights advisors from both continents. It deals with the reasons why the coup d’état happened in March 1976, and the atmosphere of tension in the austral country under the government of Isabel Martínez de Perón. One can see the action of the paramilitary groups and also of the Montonero’s guerrilla. After that there is a study of the coup d’état itself and how the institutional repression organised from the top, narrating with great detail the repression structure, and after that the dirty war with specific testimonies, the Condor Operation which involved all the South Cone in the disappearance of people against the dictatorial powers and sable. It can be found with great detail the macabre procedures of disappearances and its after‐effects. There is a deep work on the French schools and its influence on this violent State network, and the document is finished with the hostage‐taking and the intellectual repression of the whole Argentinian society.
