AB El actual proceso globalizador no es un fenómeno nuevo en la historia humana, pero así como otros fueron motivados por el descubrimiento de nuevos espacios y de nuevas tecnologías, el actual se ha centrado fuertemente su anclaje en la economía. Este "episodio civilizatorio", que introduce cambios importantes en nuestras sociedades, no tiene marcha atrás. Sin embargo en el periodo transcurrido se ha situado la Globalización prioritariamente hasta nuestros días en las grandes macromagnitudes. Pero la realidad es que el peso de la transformación impacta en laspersonas y en las empresas que asumen los beneficios y los costes que originan.La respuesta es cómo se deben realizar los procesos de transformación de forma que la persona vea mejorar su desarrollo integral y pueda asumir estos procesos de cambios de valores con una respuesta mejor para satisfacer sus necesidades vitales y culturales. La apertura de las Sociedades, el más eficiente uso de los recursos y de lascapacidades lleva al desarrollo integral de la persona dando respuesta a las necesidades actuales y futuras.

NO The present process of globalisation is not a new phenomenon in human history. As was the case of other discoveries of new spaces and technologies, the present phenomenon has concentrated heavily upon its economicbasis. This "civilisational episode", which has brought about profound changes in our different societies, cannot be reversed. However, so far globalisation has been primarily situated in large macrodimensions. The reality, however, is that the greatest transformational impact has been upon those individuals and businesses that have enjoyed the benefits and underwritten the costs that the phenomenon has generated. The key lies in how the transformation processes must be undertaken so that the individual perceives the manner in which his or her personal development improves and how he or she can take on board such processes of value changes in order to better respond and thus better satisfy his or her life- and cultural values. From the openingup of Societies and the more efficient use of both resources and capacities spring the integrated development of the individual. Such development will, in its turn, respond to both present and future needs.
