AB Though personal mobile devices like cell phones and PDAs already offer their users somekinds of service personalization, service personalization through personal mobile devices can be takenone step further. In particular, personal devices can be used to integrate services provided withinsmart environments with the services provided at the personal devices themselves. In this paper, wepresent an approach for the seamless integration of personal devices and smart environments throughthe use of personal smart spaces. This would allow personal devices to become even more integratedin our everyday lives.
