Abstract
En este trabajo se analiza como la pertenencia a una determina raza o etnia pueden constituir hoy día motivos de discriminación. Además al hilo de las recientes modificaciones legislativas en el ámbito de la extranjería trataremos de aproximarnos al núcleo de los derechos fundamentales inherentes a la persona que la Constitución española consagra y que la Ley Orgánica y el nuevo Reglamento desarrollan
 
This paper is analyzed as the belonging to a particular race or ethnicity may constitute motives for discrimination today. In addition to the thread of the recent legislative changes in the field of alienage we will try to approach the core of the Human Rights inherent to the person that the Spanish Constitution dedicates and the Spanish Law and the new regulation developed.
