Michael Mirow has in-depth experience in business as well as in research and teaching and it is from this perspective that his search for the future configuration of Business Strategy has led him to formulate four principal keys to its creation and implementation. These four keys are essential for developing business administration and strategy. The global nature of today’s problems demands ever-increasing innovation in systems as a priority response, with increasing attention being paid to the development of conceptual scenarios and to the development of operating risk within the business. The increasing interdependence between the Business and the State as a constituent element in business design involves a greater integration of values as the fundamental prerequisite that will enable the demands of increasing complexity to be met and overcome in all administrative processes, from both the "functional-technical" and corporate perspectives. The Individual and the Institution are at the very hub of this future administration, requiring the development of a business values system then enables the business to integrate into its economic and social environment.

Abstract
En la búsqueda de una respuesta a la futura configuración de la Estrategia Empresarial formula el autor, desde su larga experiencia y de su actividad investigadora y docente, las cuatro grandes claves sobre las que deberá concebirse e implementarse. Son los cuatro grandes pivotes del futuro desarrollo de la dirección y estrategia empresarial. La globalidad de los problemas obliga a una creciente innovación en los sistemas como respuesta prioritaria con una creciente atención al desarrollo tanto conceptual escenarios como operativo del riesgo en la empresa. La creciente interdependencia entre la Empresa y el Estado como elemento constitutivo del diseño empresarial implica una mayor integración de valores como base fundamental para poder asumir la creciente complejidad que deben asumirse en todos los procesos de dirección, tanto desde la erspectiva "funcional-técnica" como corporativa. La persona y la Institución se sitúan en el eje del proceso de dirección futuro implicando el desarrollo de un sistema de valores empresariales que permita la integración de la empresa en su entorno económico y social.
