Edición y contextualización de un texto medieval catalán sobre la destrucción de la Orden del Temple

Abstract

Se trata de la edición de una nota marginal inédita, escrita en catalán, encontrada en un manuscrito jurídico. En dicha nota se recogen las imputaciones que se hicieron a los templarios y que provocaron la caída de dicha orden, constituyendo un interesante ejemplo de la difusión de todo aquel proceso por las cortes europeas. En una primera parte del artículo, y por tratarse de un texto jurídico, presento los diferentes tipos de misceláneas legales que se confeccionaban, para pasar después a la descripción minuciosa del manuscrito donde está la nota marginal, y finalmente la edición de la misma, con la correspondiente transcripción. Como colofón la comparo con la parte final de la orden de arresto contra los templarios que dictó el rey de Francia.

It is the edition of an unpublished marginal note, writen in Catalan, and found in a legal manuscript. The note tells about the imputations made against the Templan, which provoked the fa11 of this Order, being a very interesting example of the diffusion of that process through the European kingdoms. In the first part of the article, and due to the fact that the note is in a legal manuscript, I present the different types of legal miscellanies which were made at that time. After this, comes the description of the manuscript where the marginal note can be found, and finally the edition of the note, with its transcription. To close the article, there is a comparison between the note and the final part of the imprisonment order which was dictated by the King of France against the Templars.
