Caminos para prevenir el surgimiento y proliferación de pandillas y maras

Abstract

Para abordar cualquier solución al tema de prevención de pandillas es necesario incluir consideraciones de desarrollo integral y tomar en cuenta: la familia, educación, el trabajo y la salud. Para la rehabilitación y reinserción social se deben abarcar entre otros aspectos: la elaboración e implementación de políticas públicas; minimizar el uso del sistema de justicia tradicional; inversión en prevención; exigir el cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas por la normativa internacional y nacional a favor de la niñez y la juventud; fortalecer y ampliar la iniciativa privada en el campo de la rehabilitación.

The approach to the problem of juvenile gangs necessarily includes taking into account the following factors: 1. family, 2. education, 3. work, 4. health. To effect a social rehabilitation it is necessary: to develop and implement of public policies; to minimize the use of the traditional legal system; to invest in prevention; to demand the fulfilment of the conditions established by international and nacional regulations in favour of children and youths, to strengthen and extend privare initiative in the field of rehabilitation.
