Abstract
La década de los ochenta significó para Perú su reestreno democrático,
luego de más de una década de dictadura militar. Junto con la
democracia llegó el terrorismo y el resquebrajamiento no sólo de
las instituciones civiles sino de la propia confianza en el futuro. La
literatura nacional, tradicionalmente atenta a la política, también experimentó
radicales cambios, configurando así un nuevo panorama
cuya trayectoria aún resulta titubeante. The eighties meant for Perú its democratic reestablishment, after
more than a decade of military government. With the democracy
came the terrorism and the breaking off not only the civil institutions
but also the self confidence in the future. The national literature,
traditionally related to politics, also experimented radical
changes, making up a new scenario with a hesitating tendency.
