Conservar la memoria escrita en el siglo XVIII : el archivo de la Bailía y Maestre Racional de Aragón

Abstract

Se analizan las tareas de conservación documental en el archivo de la Bailía y Maestre Racional de Aragón a fines del siglo XVIII. La custodia organizada de la memoria económica de la monarquía en el Reino fue un argumento conducente por una parte a legitimar los derechos de la monarquía borbónica eliminando el ordenamiento jurídico aragonés y a facilitar, por otra, la consulta de la documentación con fines de gestión y en último término de investigación histórica

Works of record preservation in the archive of Bailía and Maestre Racional of Aragón, at the end of the I8th century are analysed. The organized guard ofthe royal economic memory in the Kingdom of Aragón was the reason that, on one hand, led to the legitimisation of the royal rights of the borbonic monarchy by means of supressing the singular laws of Aragón; and, on the other hand, it tried to supply the access to the documents with the final purpose of administrative management and, in the end, historie research

Sont analysées les tâches de conservation documentaire dans les archives de la Bailia et Maestre Racional d’Aragon à la fin du XVIIIème siècle. La preservation de la mémoire économique de la monarchie dans le royaume fut un argument conduisant d'une part à légitimer les droits de la monarchie des Bourbons en éliminant l'ordonnancement juridique aragonais, et d'autre part à faciliter la consultation de la documentation dans le cadre de son exploitation historique

Es werden hier die Arbeiten dokumentarischer Aufhewahrung im Archiv van Bailía y Maestre Racional de Aragón am Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts analysiert. Die organisierte Wache des koniglichen Wirtschaftsberichts war ein Argument, das einerseits auf die gesetzliche Anerkennung der borbonischen koniglichen Rechte und dadurch auf die Ausschliefiung der aragonesischen Gesetzordnung zielte und anderseits das Nachschlagen der Dokumente mit Verwaltungszwecke und zuletzt die historische Forschung erleichterte
