El empleo en los servicios sociales, culturales y comunitarios

Abstract

Dentro de los procesos de creación neta de empleo que define la evolución reciente del mercado de trabajo español y de los intensos procesos de terciarización a los que éstos están dando lugar, los Servicios Sociales, Culturales y Comunitarios (SSCC en adelante) ocupan sin lugar a dudas un lugar destacado. En este contexto, el objetivo de la investigación ha sido doble. Por una parte, conocer las características del empleo ubicado en los Servicios Sociales, Culturales y Comunitarios, como forma de aproximar los requerimientos de la demanda de trabajo en este tipo de actividades y de conocer su participación en los procesos de transformación general de las características de nuestro mercado de trabajo. De otra, aproximar las que deben ser las grandes líneas de evolución futura del empleo ubicado en este tipo de actividades. El análisis se ha realizado mediante la realización de explotaciones específicas de diferentes matrices brutas de la Encuesta de Población Activa (segundos trimestres). Como nota a destacar de la investigación, además de la habitual desagregación de la encuesta a dos dígitos, el trabajo también ha manejado los microdatos con un detalle de tres dígitos.

Within the processes of total creation defined by the recent evolution of the Spanish labour market and the intense processes of tertiarization which are taking place, the Social, Cultural and Community services (hereafter known as SSCC) are without doubt, occupying an important place. In this context, the investigation has a dual aim. On the one hand, to know the participation in the processes of the general transformation of the characteristics of our labour market. On the other hand to approximate what should be the main lines of future evolution in employment in this type of activity. The analysis has been carried out by means of the performance of specific exploitations of different gross matrixes in the survey of specific Active Population (second quarters). One point to note in the investigation, apart from the usual breaking down of the survey to two digits is that the work has also used micro data with the detail of three digits.
