Abstract
El presente artículo analiza el deber de secreto recogido en la LOPD y el secreto profesional de los abogados, para hallar las posibles incompatibilidades que puedan producirse entre ambas mediante el estudio de los aspectos que las diferencia así como de aquellos en los que son coincidentes.
 
This article discusses the duty of secrecy set out in the LOPD and professional secrecy of lawyers, to find any incompatibilities that may arise between them by studying the aspects that difference as well as those which are coincident.
