Abstract
El presente artículo pretende analizar la evolución conformadora del derecho a la imagen como dato. De un original derecho a la "privacy" se desgaja el derecho a la propia imagen, y de este se independiza, adquiere especificidad, autonomía, el derecho a la imagen como dato.
 
This article aims to analyze the changing compliance of the right to the image as data. From an original right to "privacy" break the right to self-image, and this becomes independent, it acquires specificity, autonomy, the right to the image as data.
