Abstract
Análisis de algunas expresiones poco usuales en ciertas Secuencias Primarias Estándar de los textos glíficos sobre recipientes cerámicos del período Clásico maya. Tales expresiones son leídas y traducidas por el autor como pokol "lavado"/"pintado" y che'(e)b "pincel". Las piezas cerámicas que presentan estas expresiones podrían haber sido fabricadas para servir a los escribas y pintores mayas en sus actividades específicas.
 
An analysis of certain unusual expressions in a few PSS's hieroglyphic texts of Classic Maya ceramics. The author reads these expressions as pokol, and che'(e)b, and suggests its translation as "washed"/"painted", and "quill". The vessels which present these examples would belong to a class or category of ceramic retainers pertaining to scribes and painters.
