Abstract
El presente trabajo pretende realizar un estudio del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, centrándose en el valor de su jurisprudencia y la posibilidad de su división en distintas épocas. En primer lugar, introduciremos un estudio sobre el poder judicial de la Unión Europea estableciendo los tribunales que lo componen y resaltando algunas de las características más importantes. A continuación, abordaremos qué es la jurisprudencia y cuál es su valor para entender y comprender su importancia y posteriormente apoyarnos en esta base para analizar los distintos supuestos que hemos tenido en consideración por sus características para proponer si fuere viable la división en épocas de cada supuesto concreto. The present End of Master’s Project aims to analyse The Court of Justice of the European Union, focusing on the value of jurisprudence and its possible division in different eras or periods. In first place, we will introduce the judicial power of the European Union including the Courts that form this institution and some of it’s most important characteristics. Subsequently we will examine and comprehend not only the value of jurisprudence but also the type of relationship it holds with the national courts of the member states and it’s legal system. Lastly, we will analyse different parameters individually to see if it is possible to divide the knowledge of jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Unión can be divided in different periods.
