Antecedentes inmediatos y algunos "socialistas utópicos"

Abstract

En el presente texto, vamos a introducir una serie de apuntes sin excesivas pretensiones. En ellos, intentaremos acercarnos algo a lo que en términos históricos e intelectuales se sitúa en el entorno de figuras como Cabet, Fourier o Saint - Simon. Así las cosas, estudiaremos algunos antecedentes inmediatos para los 'socialistas utópicos” a uno y a otro lado del canal de la Mancha, haciendo especial énfasis ahora en el marco continental. De modo especial, planteamos lo que de significativo tienen las propuestas de los 'socialistas utópicos” entre la modernidad y la modernidad industrial, entre el siglo dieciocho y el siglo diecinueve.

In the present text, we are going to introduce a series of notes without excessive pretensions. In these pages, we will try to study figures like Cabet, Fourier or Saint - Simon, and we will do so in order to achieve better understanding concerning their own historical and their own intellectual context. Consequently and leaving our papers on Robert Owen behind, we plan to set special emphasis on the European Continent now. In a special way, we raise awareness on the very significant role that these "utopian socialists" played between modernity and industrial modernity, and also between the 18th and 19th Centuries.
