Abstract
The main objective of this document is to model a periodic logarithmic antenna using software for a frequency range between 20 and 1300 MHz starting from an equivalent antenna, but which is intended to capture frequencies between 50 and 1300 MHz. The result of the model between 20 and 1300 MHz results in an antenna with a large span to be easily manipulated at high altitudes, so it is intended to seek an improvement to this antenna by trying to modify the shape of this antenna so that it is easily manageable. As will be seen in the development, an antenna that works in the range from 20 to 1300 MHz is too large, for this reason it was concluded to consider increasing the lower limit to 30 MHz, in this way the largest rod is a little smaller than 20 MHz.
As will be seen throughout the work, the models will be generated in EZNEC for the range from 50 to 1300 MHz and the results will be compared with those of the manufacturer, observing that they practically coincide. From that moment on, the rest of the models will be generated and, after obtaining the results of the simulations, it will be observed that the models are perfectly valid.
