Abstract
The subject of this paper is to analize some aspects of the Graeco-Egyptian education during the Macedonian rule of Egypt. The content of notebooks and exercices preserved in papyri and ostraca,
help us to establish the main goals that the educators tried to inculcate to the young greeks and egyptians. Proceeding this way,
the teachers maintained the ethical and moral values necessary to safeguard the traditions that conformed the essence of these two cultures, which were deeply linked in the Ptolemaic society, and their glorious past.
