La Constitución de 1931

Abstract

En este trabajo, se aborda la Constitución española de 1931, encontrando en el mismo distintas partes. En primer lugar, se habla del contexto histórico que rodeó esta constitución y cuáles fueron los acontecimientos que precedieron a dicha constitución. Una vez hablado de ello, el trabajo se ha centrado en hablar de la constitución de propiamente dicha y concretamente del debate parlamentario de los temas que más importancia tuvieron, profundizando en ellos y llevando a cabo su análisis.

In this work, the Spanish Constitution of 1931 is approached, finding in it different parts. In the first place, we talk about the historical context that surrounded this constitution and what were the events that preceded said constitution. Once discussed about it, the work has focused on talking about the constitution itself and specifically the parliamentary debate of the most important issues, delving into them and carrying out their analysis.
