Abstract
El objeto de este proyecto es hallar con certeza cuál es el alcance y la configuración actual de los límites a los derechos de autor, analizando en primer lugar su origen, y abordando después las principales regulaciones de esta figura en Europa y España.
 
The aim of this project is to establish with certainty the scope and current configuration of the limits to copyright, firstly by analysing its origin, and then by addressing the main regulations of this figure in Europe and Spain.
