El control metrológico del estado en materia de tráfico

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre el control metrológico del Estado en la materia del tráfico. De esta manera, se tratan diferentes aparatos automáticos de control, tales como los cinemómetros, los fotorrojos o los etilómetros. Para el tratamiento de este tema se han utilizado numerosas obras, tanto individuales como colectivas, artículos de revistas, páginas web y jurisprudencia de diversos Tribunales de nuestro país. En cuanto a la finalidad del mismo, se trata de investigar la regulación de estos instrumentos en cuanto a su control metrológico y la importancia del mismo para nuestra sociedad. Se hace, asimismo y primeramente, una referencia a la seguridad vial y las amenazas que la misma tiene, junto con los aparatos que se usan para controlar estas amenazas. Tras esto, se hace referencia a la ciencia de la metrología y a la regulación vigente que tenemos actualmente en cuanto a la misma en nuestro país. Posteriormente, se tratan los distintos aparatos de control en cuanto a su concepto y los aspectos más relevantes y controvertidos.

This paper deals with the metrological control of the State in the field of traffic. In this way, it deals with different automatic control devices, such as cinemometers, photoreflectors or ethylometers. Numerous works, both individual and collective, magazine articles, web pages and jurisprudence of various Courts of our country have been used for the treatment of this subject. As for the purpose of the present dissertation, it is to investigate the regulation of these instruments in terms of their metrological control and the importance of the same for our society. It also makes, first and foremost, a reference to road safety and the threats that it has, along with the devices used to control these threats. After this, reference is made to the science of metrology and the current regulation that we currently have regarding it in our country. Subsequently, the different control devices are discussed in terms of their concept and the most relevant and controversial aspects.
