Análisis de los conflictos derivados del uso del idioma por los inmigrantes en la Administración de Justicia madrileña

Abstract

La integración sociolingüística de la población inmigrante en la Comunidad de Madrid abarca aspectos múltiples, siendo uno de ellos la consecución del derecho fundamental a la tutela judicial efec­tiva en el ámbito de los tribunales de dicha Comunidad Autónoma. Siendo objetivo de este estudio el análisis de los problemas surgidos en este contexto como resultado del uso del lenguaje por este sector de la población, se propondrán posibles soluciones a los mismos, con ánimo de mejora del engranaje y sistema judicial a fin de una óptima inclusión de la población que, por razón de su desconocimiento del idioma, pudiera verse discriminada o dificultada en la consecución de sus derechos.

Analysis of the conflicts that stem from the immigrants 'use of the language in Madrid justice system. The sociolinguistic integration of the immigrant population in the Community of Madrid encompas­ses multiple aspects, one of them being the achievement of the fun­damental right to effective judicial protection in the area of the courts of said Autonomous Community. Being the objective of this study the analysis of the problems that arase in this context as a result of the use of language by this sector of the population, possi­ble solutions to them will be proposed, with the aim of improving the gear and judicial system in order to achieve optimal inclusion of the population who, due to their lack of knowledge of the language, could be discriminated against or hindered in the achievement of their rights.
