Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly affected the health of individuals, societies, and the global economy. It has also transformed the ways of working and communicating. In the educational field, there are numerous studies that show the necessary adaptation that was conducted throughout the world, with cases of success and challenges that caused profound transitions and innovations inside and outside the classroom. Since the eruption of COVID-19 in December 2019, both institutions and individuals have had to reformulate their ways of teaching and learning. But have all these changes been negative or have they also implied a way to move forward? In the following pages we will try to answer this question with examples of studies carried out in different partsof the world as a sample of the global world we live in.
