El régimen jurídico de los pactos de socios en las sociedades de capital

Abstract

El presente trabajo Fin de Máster tiene como objetivo estudiar la realidad jurídica de la figura de los pactos de socios en las sociedades de capital. En efecto, el impulso de este trabajo nace del interés por analizar sus rasgos más característicos, su especial singularidad en lo que respecta a su finalidad, funciones, contenido, eficacia y eventual incumplimiento, abordando los problemas más habituales a los que se enfrenta esta figura que tiene como fin último la regulación de determinados aspectos del funcionamiento y organización de la vida de los socios que lo suscriben.

The aim of the present Master's degree work is to study the legal reality of the figure of the shareholders' agreements in capital companies. In fact, the impetus for this work arises from the interest in analyzing its most characteristic features, its special uniqueness in terms of its purpose, functions, content, effectiveness and possible breach, addressing the most common problems faced by this figure whose ultimate aim is the regulation of certain aspects “of the functioning and organization of the life” of the subscribing members.
