dc.description.abstractEn esta nota se revisa el nuevo instrumento temporal de recuperación de la Unión Europea, Next Generation EU, dotado con 750.000 millones para 2021-2026, con atención al caso de España. Al igual que el resto de fondos europeos, este nuevo instrumento, que supondrá más de 140.000 millones para España entre préstamos y ayudas, tiene claras implicaciones regionales y locales, y supone no pocos desafíos que también serán abordados en el trabajo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this note, we revise the new temporal recovery instrument of the EU, Next Generation EU, with 750,000 million for 2021-2027, with attention to the Spanish case. Like the other European funds, this new instrument, which will amount to more than 140,000 million for Spain between loans and aids, has clear regional and local implications, and poses not a few challenges that will also be addressed in this paper.en
