Abstract
The magnetosphere suffers great distortions due to geomagnetic storms produced by the solar wind,
which can cause great damage to communications infrastructures, satellites or electricity grids. This is
why there is a need to predict these storms in order to minimise the repercussions of their effects. In
this project, different predictive models for the main solar wind variables will be developed using deep
neural networks built with convolutional layers and LSTM. For this purpose, data collected by different
NASA satellites from 1995 to the present will be used
