Abstract
By a similar method to that described in a previous paper [1] we isolated new neutral tetracoordinate bis-pentafluorophenyl nickel(II) complexes using (C6F5)2Ni(p-dioxane)2 as precursor. The new complexes (C6F5)2NiL2 (L = PPh2Cl, Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2, NH3, py, en, 2,2¿-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline) have been studied by visible-UV and IR spectroscopy.
