Variables predictoras de la ansiedad anticipatoria en estudiantes de bachillerato ante la prueba de evaluación de acceso a la universidad

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito principal analizar la relación existente entre las variables de autoeficacia, rasgos obsesivos y preocupación, con los niveles de ansiedad anticipatoria de los estudiantes de segundo de bachillerato, (17-21 años) ante la realización de la prueba de acceso a la Universidad. La investigación se ha realizado en dos fases, en la primera fase se aplicaron cuestionarios online a 78 alumnos de cuatro Institutos Públicos de Educación Secundaria de Alcalá de Henares. La segunda fase se llevó a cabo con la recopilación y análisis de los datos obtenidos. Los resultados sugieren que la expectativa de autoeficacia tiene un peso mayor en la ansiedad anticipatoria ante la prueba de acceso a la Universidad que las restantes variables.

First of all, the main purpose of this work is to analyze the relationship between the variables of self-efficacy, obsessive traits, worry, with the levels of anticipatory anxiety in last year high school students (17-21 years old) before taking the entrance test to the University. Moreover, the research has been carried out in two phases. In the first phase, online questionnaires were applied to 78 students from four Secondary Education Institutes in Alcalá de Henares. The second phase was carried out with the collection and analysis of the data obtained. The results suggest that the expectation of self-efficacy has a greater weight in anticipatory anxiety before the university entrance test than the other variables.
