Abstract
España, por su situación geográfica, al sur de Europa y rodeada por el mar Mediterráneo y por el océano Atlántico, es un país que recibe muchos inmigrantes, personas que han tenido que huir de sus países por distintos motivos y buscan obtener protección internacional en España y poder establecer su vida aquí. Durante el proceso de solicitud de asilo y refugio se encuentran con unos trámites muy largos y difíciles, a los que hay que sumar que se encuentran en una situación desconcertante, en un país desconocido y con un idioma que no entienden.
En este trabajo de fin de máster se va a analizar el proceso de solicitud de protección internacional, asilo, refugio y protección subsidiaria. Los aspectos legales de este proceso, la realización de la entrevista y las opiniones de este proceso de agente implicados desde distintos puntos de vista, al igual que la problemática relacionada principalmente con el idioma y el acompañamiento de intérpretes a lo largo del proceso. Se va a llevar a cabo un estudio de campo en el que se ha analizado la situación de estas personas en el Concello de Ordes y en la Mancomunidad del Concello de Ordes en la provincia de A Coruña, municipio que recibe un número alto de personas procedentes de otros países que buscan integrarse en la sociedad de manera activa.
La finalidad es analizar el proceso de solicitud de protección internacional, así como la integración en la sociedad de los solicitantes y buscar, mediante el análisis de las opiniones de estos profesionales, posibles soluciones para la mejora de todo el proceso Spain, due to its geographical location, in the south of Europe and surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. During the process of applying for asylum and refugee status, they find themselves in a very long and difficult situation, in an unknown country and with a language they do not understand.
In this master's thesis it will be analyzed the international protection applying process, asylum, refugee and subsidiary protection. The legal aspects of this process, the conduct of the interview and the opinions of the professionals involved in the process from different points of view, as well as the problems related mainly to the language and the accompaniment of interpreters throughout the process. A field study will be carried out in which the situation of these people in the Concello de Ordes and in the Mancomunidad of the Concello de Ordes in the province of A Coruña, a municipality that receives a high number of people from other countries who seek to integrate into the society in an active way, has been analyzed.
The aim is to analyze the process of application for international protection, as well as the integration into society of the applicants and to seek, through the analysis of the opinions of these professionals, possible solutions for the improvement of the whole process
