Schizophrenia is a complex disease, chronic in nature and very devastating for the person. One of the most pronounced symptoms in this pathology is cognitive deterioration and consequently a deficit insocial skills causing high stigma and social isolation. Through a bibliographic review of empirical studies and intervention programs used to improve deficits in schizophrenia, this work presents a synthesis of the most effective and scientifically validated cognitive rehabilitation programs for their treatment. Cognitive rehabilitation programs have been very effective in addressing the deterioration of cognitive functions and improvement insocial skills, but most of them are aimed at patients with moderate or severe cognitive impairment. For this reason, in this paper, a rehabilitation program will be created for patients with mild cognitive impairment, which will have a total of 34 sessions combining Integrated Psychological Therapy (IPT) together with RehaCom's computerized cognitive rehabilitation, where the intervention will be worked cognitive functions such as memory, attention, executive functions, social skills, problem solving and social support, in order to mitigate the deficits produced by schizophrenia and so that the person can achieve their maximum possible autonomy and independence and thus improve their quality of life.en
