Abstract
El trabajo consiste en el desarrollo de un caso resuelto en la Clínica Legal de la Facultad de Derecho de la UAH. El caso resuelve la consulta de un coordinador de un club deportivo acerca de cómo actuar ante el conocimiento de la seropositividad por VIH de un menor que forma parte del club. Se hará una breve exposición de qué son las Clínicas Legales, su funcionamiento, historia y beneficios educativos y sociales asociados.
 
The work consists of developing a case resolved in the Legal Clinic of the UAH Law School. The case resolves the query of a sports club coordinator about how to act upon knowledge of the HIV seropositivity of a minor who is part of the club. There will be a brief presentation of what Legal Clinics are, their operation, history and associated educational and social benefits.
