El contrato de aparcamiento de vehículos

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se pretende estudiar el contrato de aparcamiento. Primero trataremos de ofrecer un concepto válido del mismo, que lo permita diferenciar de figuras análogas. A continuación expondremos la normativa aplicable que lo regula y realizaremos una exposición de la misma con el fin de determinar y delimitar su naturaleza jurídica. Para ello haremos uso de la doctrina disponible en materia de contratos de aparcamiento, así como de gran material jurisprudencial, hecho que resulta indispensable pues en ocasiones hay que matizar ciertas imperfecciones que la Ley no ha conseguido esclarecer del todo.

In the present work, we are going to study the parking contract. First we will try to offer a valid concept of it, which allows it to differentiate itself from similar figures. Next we will expose the applicable regulations that regulate it and we will make an exposition of it in order to determine and define its legal nature. For this, we will use the available doctrine in the matter of parking contracts, as well as large jurisprudential material, a fact that is indispensable because sometimes we have to clarify certain imperfections that the Law has not managed to clarify at all.
