Utopía carioca: paisaje urbano en la Zona Sur de Río de Janeiro

Abstract

Se trata de un análisis sobre el paisaje y espacio urbano en el caso de la región urbana Zona Sur, Zona Sul, en Río de Janeiro (Brasil) donde las interacciones entre urbanismo y soporte territorial serán fundamentales para construir la imagen de la ciudad y su identidad social. El objeto de estudio serán siete puntos geográficos llamados puntos críticos que definirían la interpretación del paisaje urbano en esta área como imagen de referencia de la ciudad, bajo el soporte de textos de referencia en el ámbito de paisaje y urbanismo.

This is analysis about urban landscape and space in the case of the urban region Zona Sul, in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) where the interactions between urban planning and territorial support will be essential to build the image of the city and its social identity. The object of study will be seven geographical points called critical points that would defi ne the interpretation of the urban landscape in this area as a reference image of the city, under the support of reference texts in the field of landscape and urban planning.
