Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es la determinación, análisis y caracterización del conjunto de textos que integran la categoría poética de los testamentos en la poesía cancioneril del siglo XV, dando cuenta tanto de aspectos relativos a su ubicación (fuentes manuscritas e impresas, autores), la aclimatación a diversidad de asuntos (con particular relevancia de la temá- tica sentimental), así como de su estructuración arquitectónica, importada de los testamentos notariales en prosa.
 
The aim oí the present work is to determine, analyze and characterize the group of texts which form the poetic category of wills in the XV century poetry, explaining not only its location (handwritten and printed sources, authors) and its adaptation to many different topics (especially those related to feelings) but also its architectonic structure which was taken from that of the wills in prose.
