Programa para la prevención de los delitos sexuales en adolescentes

Abstract

En los últimos años se ha incrementado el número de delitos sexuales (abuso, agresión, acoso sexual, violación, etc.) y, por tanto, el número de personas que perpetúan dichos delitos, así como el número de víctimas. Cabe destacar que la repercusión es aún mayor cuando dichos delitos son cometidos por personas y hacia personas de menor edad. Existen numerosos programas terapéuticos destinados a la intervención sobre las víctimas y, en los últimos años, se ha incrementado el interés hacia intervenir no solo con las víctimas, sino también con los abusadores y agresores sexuales, con el fin de que no vuelvan a reincidir en sus conductas. Tras analizar los principales factores de riesgo presentes en agresores sexuales, así como la etiología de la agresión sexual, el siguiente programa está destinado a la prevención de futuras conductas de abuso y/o agresión sexual, interviniendo para ello sobre los principales factores de riesgo que mantienen dichas conductas. Así, el programa está dirigido, principalmente, hacia aquellos menores que presenten conductas sexuales inapropiadas en su núcleo familiar y, secundariamente, hacia los miembros de su familia. Este programa pretende conseguir cambios terapéuticos a nivel cognitivo, emocional y conductual tanto en el menor como en el resto de los miembros de la familia más cercana, así como en las relaciones y el clima familiares, con el fin último de reducir tanto el número de futuros abusadores y agresores sexuales, como el número de víctimas de los mismos.

In the last years, the number of sexual crimes (sexual abuse, aggression, harassment, rape, etc.) has increased and therefore the number of people who perpetuate such crimes, as well as the number of victims. It should be noted that the impact is even greater when these crimes are committed by persons and towards minors. There are numerous therapeutic programs aimed at the intervention on victims and, in recent years, interest has increased towards intervening not only with the victims, but also with the abusers and sexual aggressors, so that they do not relapse in their behaviors. After analyzing the main risk factors present in sexual aggressors, as well as the etiology of sexual assault, the following program is aimed at preventing future behaviors of sexual abuse and / or aggression, intervening on the main risk factors that maintain these behaviors. Thus, the program is directed, mainly, towards those minors who present inappropriate sexual behaviors in their family nucleus and, secondarily, towards the members of their family. This program aims to achieve therapeutic changes at a cognitive, emotional and behavioral level both in the minor and in the rest of the members of the closest family, as well as in family relationships and climate, with the ultimate goal of reducing both the number of future abusers and sex offenders, such as the number of victims.
