Abstract
In this Master final project, a study of simulation tools, that can be used to characterize the technique of the timbral eco-relocation, has been done. This technique consists in recognizing the environment with acoustic waves, not only the existence of objects but of distinguishing between themselves.
There was a period of learning about physic of acoustic and the Ansys tool, from here, different models were tested to represent the environment, choosing the simplest possible, the Impedance Model, with it, was finally demonstrated that it was possible to differentiate between walls and large openings.
