Abstract
This project has the purpose of using the software tool MATLAB® to make a blocks and parameters-based model that simulates the electrical behaviour of a commercial silicon solar cell.
The data obtained by simulation will be used to contrast with real data obtained in solar cells developed in the laboratory of the Photonic Engineering Group of UAH.
In the end, there will be extracted conclusions about the main differences between the data of the real cell and the simulated one, and why they are different.
