La influencia de las drogas en la comisión de delitos

Abstract

Existe hoy en día una gran preocupación por el consumo de drogas que tan instaurado está en la sociedad, ya que cada vez, se está incrementando más su consumo y los delitos que están relacionados con estas sustancias, ya sean para obtener dinero para poder obtenerlas, cometidos bajos sus efectos o los delitos que sirven para lucrarse a través de ellas a través de su tráfico ilícito. En este trabajo de investigación trataré de qué modo influyen las drogas en la comisión de todos estos delitos, analizando cada tipo de sustancia, la evolución normativa que ha sufrido centrándome en la normativa vigente, hablaré del perfil que tiene el consumidor de drogas y de distintas teorías que existen de la relación directa entre drogas y delincuencia, así como del tratamiento en adultos y el caso concreto de los menores relacionados con estas sustancias, culminando con posibles alternativas que pueden existir para su normalización y las medidas que debiera tomar el gobierno para paliar el elevado consumo que existe y las grandes organizaciones criminales.

There is nowadays a great concern for the consumption of drugs that is so established in society, since each time, its consumption and the crimes that are related to these substances are increasing, either to obtain money to obtain them, committed under its effects or the crimes that serve to profit through them through their illicit traffic. In this research I will discuss how drugs influence the commission of all these crimes, analyzing each type of substance, the normative evolution that has undergone focusing on the current legislation, I will talk about the profile of the drug user and different theories that exist of the direct relation between drugs and delinquency, as well as of the treatment in adults and the concrete case of the minors related to these substances, culminating with possible alternatives that can exist for its normalization and the measures that the government should take to mitigate the high consumption that exists and the great criminal organizations.
