Valores y capital humano en el deporte

Abstract

Este escrito pretende analizar los valores atribuidos al deporte desde un punto de vista económico. Como punto de partida, trataremos de delinear similitudes entre los valores del capital humano y su representación en el deporte. Más concretamente nos ocuparemos de:a) el concepto de valor como consecuencia de los valores que potencialmente enmarcan el capital humano desde su dimensión social y culturaly b) el entendimiento de que, es el estudio de los comportamientos de las personas lo que nos facilita la exploración de los valores compartidos por un colectivo. Es decir, los comportamientos gremiales de los profesionales de la educación física y el deporte nos permiten entender el deporte en sí.

This article intends to analyze the values attributed to sports from an economic point of view. As a starting point, we will try to identify similarities between the human capital values and their representation in sports. More specifically, we will focus on: a) the concept of value as a result of the values that potentially frame the human capital from its social and cultural dimension and, b) the understanding that is the study on the people’s behaviour that facilitates the exploration of the shared values within a group of persons. In other words, is the behaviour of the profesionals on the physical education and sports what let us to understand the sport itself.
