dc.description.abstractEstudio de los diferentes artículos contemplados por la Ley Orgánica 10/1995 de 23 de Noviembre del Código Penal, sobre Delitos de Terrorismo, modificados por la última reforma llevada a cabo por las Leyes Orgánicas 1 y 2/2015, de 30 de marzo Hemos partido del origen del terrorismo, avanzado en su evolución del concepto y tratamiento jurídico hasta la aparición del terrorismo de corte yihadista. Hemos continuado hablando acerca de la eficacia preventiva de la ley respecto a este tipo de delitos. Posteriormente, pasamos a detallar el concepto de terrorismo y que tipo de actos se tipifican como tal. A continuación, tratamos en profundidad la nueva regulación de los delitos de terrorismo, analizándolos uno por uno. Hablamos de la nueva figura introducida por la Ley Orgánica 1/2015: la prisión permanente revisable, a la que dedicamos un capítulo de nuestro trabajo. Posteriormente, para concluir el tema es importante conocer las consecuencias penitenciarias de los delitos de terrorismo, en las que nos adentramos en el sexto apartado de nuestro estudio. Finalmente, en los dos últimos capítulos a parte nos centramos en el terrorismo de corte yihadista, desarrollando cuál es su incidencia en España y el orden internacional. Del mismo modo, tratamos cuales son los medios de los que disponemos para combatirlo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractStudy of the various items covered by the Organic Law 10/1995 of November 23 of the Criminal Code on Crimes of Terrorism, as amended by the last reform carried out by Organic Laws 1 and 2/2015, of 30 March. We started the origin of terrorism, advanced in its evolution of the concept and legal treatment until the appearance of jihadist terrorism court. We continued talking about the preventive efficacy of the law regarding such crimes. Later, we will detail the concept of terrorism and that such acts are classified as such. Then we try in depth the new regulation of terrorist offenses, analyzing them one by one. We talk about the new figure introduced by the Organic Law 1/2015: the reviewable permanent prison, to which we devote a chapter of our work. Subsequently, to conclude the issue it is important to know the consequences of penitentiaries of terrorism offenses, in which we enter the sixth section of our study. Finally, in the last two chapters we focus on jihadist terrorism, developing its impact on Spain and the international order. In the same way, we treat what are the means at our disposal to combat it.en
