El asesinato en el código penal español, en especial, el asesino serial

Abstract

A menudo, la anormalidad impactante y despiadada de los asesinos seriales, ha despertado en la sociedad moderna, un gran interés a nivel mundial, ya que los crimines de estos seres, siempre arrastrarán la marca de un terrible drama para la humanidad. La muerte trágica de numerosas víctimas, en un momento de sus vidas donde jamás podrían esperar ser abordadas por estos agresores, se ha convertido en una novela mediática que estremece a la vez que fascina. En este trabajo, tratamos de explicar tanto el concepto como la personalidad de un asesino y asesina serial, distinguiendo entre la psicopatía y la psicosis propia de estos individuos, explicando al lector sus diversas características, los factores influyentes que le inducen a cometer el hecho criminal, y la posible esclavitud de estos sujetos de sus impulsos. Además, arrojaremos luz a temas como el de la reinserción social, la pena de muerte, o la prisión permanente revisable. Por último, analizaremos diversos casos concretos de asesinatos en España, como el caso de Asunta y el Bretón, y asesinatos seriales, así como la imputabilidad, y los posibles tratamientos a los que se les pudiera someter.

Actually, the impressive and ruthless unusual attributes of the serial killers, have awakened a global interest in the latest society, due to the crimes of those persons will always to leave trace of a dreadful tragedy for the humanity. The tragic murder of many victims, in a certain moment of their lives when they could never expect to be attacked by these aggressors, it has become in a excitement novel that shakes at the same time that captivates. In this report, we try to explain the concept and the personality of a serial killer (including murderous women), establishing the difference between the psychopathy and the own psychosis of these individuals, explaining to the reader their differents features, the influential factors that induce them to commit the crime and the their feasible slavery to impulse. In addition, we shed light on issues such as the reintegration, death penalty and the reviewable permanent prision. Finally, we discuss diverse specific cases of serial killers in Spain,like the case of Asunta and Bretón, and serial murders as well as the imputability and the possible treatments that they could submit.
