El delito de asesinato en el Código Penal español

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis exhaustivo del delito de asesinato. Éste consiste en matar a otra persona concurriendo una serie de circunstancias necesarias. Para conocer en profundidad esta figura, analizaremos su regulación, la conducta típica, los sujetos punibles, la forma de participación, el modo de ejecución y su pena. Finalmente, se estudiarán varios casos relevantes en la historia de España para poder obtener una visión práctica de lo que supone el delito de asesinato y las consecuencias penales impuestas por los tribunales que de él derivan.

The present work aims to make an in-depth analysis of the crimes murder. This crime murder consists of killing another person while a number of circumstances are requiered. To get to know this crime is necessary to analyse the regulation, the typical behavior, the punishable subjects, the participation, the management mode and the punishment. Finally, we will study a number of important cases in the Spanish History to get a practical vision of the crimes murder and the criminal consequences imposed by the courts.
