Relaciones entre la discapacidad y la incapacidad laboral. Reflexiones desde la perspectiva de la Clínica Legal de la UAH

Abstract

Este trabajo ha sido realizado con el objetivo de analizar la evolución y la labor e importancia en la actualidad de las Clínicas Legales en la sociedad, y en particular, la importancia de la Clínica Legal de la Universidad de Alcalá. En su misión destaca la labor de asesoramiento legal en supuestos reales de particulares, que han confiado en la misma para la resolución de sus problemas jurídicos. Entre estos casos se incluyen algunos de los presentes en éste estudio, relacionados con la incapacidad y la discapacidad. Así mismo, analizaremos las citadas figuras y haremos incursión sobre diversos supuestos relacionados con el tema a tratar en este título. Estos supuestos han sido objeto de nuestra labor de investigación en el ámbito de actuación de la Clínica Legal de la Universidad de Alcalá en el último año.

This work has been done with the aim of analyzing the evolution and the work in the present of the Legal Clinics in the society, and particularly, the importance of the Legal Clinic of the University of Alcalá. In his mission highlights the work of legal advice in real cases of individuals, who have relied on it for the resolution of their legal problems. Among these cases some of those present are included in this study, related to disability and labor inhability. Likewise, we will analyze the aforementioned figures, and we will make a incursion on various assumptions related to the subject to be treated in this title. These assumptions have been the subject of our research work in the field of action of the Legal Clinic of the University of Alcalá in the last year.
