La violencia de género

Abstract

En este trabajo se buscará hablar de los distintos avances que se han dado en la regulación de la violencia de género, así como de los distintos problemas que nos encontramos en los procesos penales, como las distintas dudas que puedan aparecer al tener que delimitar el hecho ilícito. Intentar describir los problemas con los que a día de hoy nos encontramos al tener que solventarte esta situación que supone una clara manifestación de discriminación que no se debe permitir en nuestra sociedad.

In this work we will seek to talk about the different advances that have occurred in the regulation of gender violence, as well as the different problems we encounter in criminal proceedings, such as the different doubts that may arise when having to delimit the fact illicit. Try to describe the problems with which we are today to have to resolve this situation that is a clear manifestation of discrimination that should not be allowed in our society.
