Prisión permanente revisable, ¿un nuevo derecho para las víctimas o para la sociedad?

Abstract

Los delitos de gran impacto en la sociedad, penas que no llegan a cumplirse íntegramente y una sociedad clamando justicia por sus víctimas , llevaron a reformar nuestro Código Penal, por el pleno del Congreso de los Diputados el 26 de marzo de 2015, que entró en vigor el 1 de julio de 2015. Con ello se implanto la prisión permanente revisable, desde dicha implantación esta nueva pena ha generado un gran debate tanto entre los profesionales del mundo jurídico como en la sociedad. En el presente trabajo se pretende establecer como es la integración de esta nueva pena en nuestro legislación.

The crimes of great impact in society, penalties that are not fully met and a society claiming justice for its victims, led to the reform of our Criminal Code, by the plenary session of the Congress of Deputies on March 26, 2015, which entered into force. force on July 1, 2015. With this, the revisionable permanent prison was implemented, since this implementation this new penalty has generated a great debate both among professionals of the legal world and in society. In the present work we try to establish how is the integration of this new penalty in our legislation.
